Sven Bender out for Hanover game

On Sunday afternoon, Borussia faces the next opponent in Bundesliga competion at the away match in Hanover 96. Due to an injury he suffered during the great Champions League Match against Arsenal London, the indistructible robot with a black and yellow heart, the offender, Sven "Manni" Bender will not be able to be part of the line-up. Bender torn a muscle fibre in his hip flexor and needs to recover for about a week which puts him out of the team for Sunday. However, Sebastian Kehl who played at Bender's side on Tuesday can not play since he was blocked for competition for two game days after the away match in Leverkusen. Therefore, the double-six in the defensive midfield needs to be re-formed. Ilkay Gündogan will likely play one part with the other part open to either Antonio da Silva or even young gun Moritz Leitner. We'll see what Jürgen Klopp will make out of the situation when Borussia plays the currently ninth-ranked European League starter.
