Götze in doubt for Saturday
The brightest diamond in Borussia Dortmund's treasure chest, 19 year young Mario "assistinator" Götze, who had his foot in almost all the BVB goals this season, is in doubt for Saturday's clash at Vizekusen. It would be a major setback for the young-guns if he could not play, since they have been struggling with their build up play already in the last couple of matches and largely had to rely on wunderkind Götze's brilliant ideas to create scoring opportunities.
Götze suffers from a lightly strained adductor and he will not be able to take part in team training for the next three days, which makes the time to get in shape for Saturday's match pretty short. Sven Bender was not able to train today as well, but the irritated capsule in his knee should recover until tomorrow's training session.
